Refund policy

 

If you decide not to keep your online purchase, we will accept the item in its original condition for exchange or a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.


Before returning the item(s), you must contact us by email to request a Return Form. This form will include all necessary instructions, including the address where you will need to ship the product(s).

The item(s) you return must be presented in its original, saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures. Take care to return any certificates accompanying the item, as you must do so to avoid a $250 replacement cost.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Surround Art Gallery will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
