Since most of our jewelry is made with handpicked stones, please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment.
To ensure a swift delivery once your piece is ready, all U.S. orders ship via expedited 2-day delivery at no extra cost as part of our Free Shipping service.
You will receive timely notifications about your order status, including production time and shipment details.
Fine Art Photographs Shipping
The production time for Fine Art Photography Prints is 5 to 10 business days after your order is submitted. Once completed, delivery takes approximately 5 business days. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 10 to 15 business days.
The cost of fine art photography delivery is included in the artwork price for the countries listed below—no hidden charges. If your location is not listed, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.

Fine Art Sculptures Shipping
As soon as your order is confirmed, we will prepare it the next business day. If you purchase a sculpture that the artist has already produced, the fulfillment time will take around one week. For sculptures pending production, fulfillment may take longer than anticipated. We will inform you in this regard. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, we will contact you via email outlining the full delivery details, including the tracking number. The artwork price includes delivery for orders from most countries.
Your Delivery Address
You can not change the delivery destination once your order has shipped. Customers must also accept that order refusal is prohibited if a purchased artwork is already in production.
Damages
Please take photographic evidence of any damages you notice on your packaging or delivery as soon as you receive it. We must obtain these images and your return request when you receive the order.
